Halton English Teachers

Many of the teachers I speak to seem to be using CHATT less and less. Or, at least, are having more and more trouble finding what they're looking for on CHATT. So, I'm wondering if there's a chance that creating something a little more Web 2.0 for English teachers in Halton might be the way to go.
